Alex Kotkin
Newburgh New York comic artist Alex Kotkin sells his own comic books; art prints; sketch covers and original sketch cards through his studio Art Of Alex Kotkin. His Crackwise credit is 2019-20 Upper Deck Marvel Annual. Beyond licensed sets he draws a wide spread of pop culture subjects. Spider-Man foes such as Venom; Carnage and Scorpion show up often. So do Thor; Batman; The Flash; Joker and Harley Quinn. A Batman Who Laughs piece he made pays homage to Neal Adams. He also produces a line of more than 80 metal cards covering Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles; X-Men; Thundercats; He-Man vs Skeletor; Rick and Morty; John Wick; Akira and Death Note. Horror and humor fans will find Creepshow art and tributes to Alfred E. Neuman of MAD Magazine. Kotkin takes commissions and appears at events.
