Cyrus Sherkat
Cyrus Sherkat is a non-sports sketch card artist who posts his work as Art by Cyrus. On Crackwise he is credited in the 2023-24 DC Annual set from Upper Deck. There he contributed one-of-one hand-drawn DC Comics sketch cards. His card work also reaches into Star Wars. Graded examples of his 2022 Topps Star Wars artist sketches have surfaced on the secondary market; including an Emperor Palpatine card. He has also drawn cards for the SWAU Star Wars Artist Series. That series pairs original sketch art with signatures from Star Wars voice talent; and his examples include a Cad Bane card signed by Corey Burton. Beyond licensed sets he sells commissioned and personal sketch cards directly to collectors through his social channels. Collectors looking for his work should search for DC Annual sketch cards and Topps Star Wars artist sketches under his name.
