Ernest Romero
Card MM123 in 2022 Marvel Masterpieces is the Crackwise credit for Ernest Romero. His Marvel work reaches well beyond that set. A 2019 Upper Deck Flair Marvel 1/1 by him pairs Captain America's shield with Wolverine's claws on a dark background. In 2019-20 Upper Deck Marvel Annual he drew both standard sketches and battle booklet sketch cards; including a Black Panther versus Killmonger booklet numbered SC12. Price guides also list his 2023 Upper Deck Marvel Premier oversized and triple panel sketch cards and a black border sketch in 2025 Topps Chrome Marvel Studios; which shows him working for both Upper Deck and Topps. His LinkedIn lists him as a sketch card artist with Fantics. Multi panel formats and head to head matchups are a recurring theme in his catalog.
