JoJo Seames
Tucson Arizona illustrator JoJo Seames paints mostly in watercolor and sometimes mixes in ink; coffee; bourbon; cigarette ash or glitter. She describes her work as a playful meeting point of the fantastic and the mundane. Her Marvel sketch cards follow that storybook tone; one original put a symbiote twist on a Deadpool dog. Upper Deck Marvel Annual 2018-19 is her Crackwise credit; and she also drew for Upper Deck's The Defenders. Her own comic The Makeshift Man follows a magical misanthrope and his jackalope sidekick. She co-created the horror comedy Monster Plus and contributed to the anthologies Boo! Halloween Stories and Strange Romance. Game work includes character art for the Dead World and MetaZoo card games and illustrations for Apocryphauna by Valerie Dusk Games.
