Kate Windels
Storytelling comes first for Kate Windels; who posts as katekomics and calls herself someone who really likes to draw stories. Her published graphic novel Refrigerator Girl is sold on Amazon. Her newer project The Devil in the Herd is a supernatural horror western comic that she funded through Kickstarter. She also sells downloadable comics through Gumroad and shares work on TikTok; Bluesky and Tumblr. Cards entered the picture with 2026 Topps Chrome VeeFriends; her Crackwise set credit. VeeFriends linked her Instagram directly from its sketch artist roster for that release. Collectors who enjoy a comics storyteller's take on the VeeFriends characters will want to watch for her cards. A reference photo of her autograph is still missing from Crackwise. Find her on Instagram at @katekomics.
