Neil Camera
A self published parody set called Pranky Products led John Pound to recommend Neil Camera to Topps in 2002 for the Wacky Packages revival. Trained at the Joe Kubert School and holding a BFA from the University of Colorado; he had worked in graphic design at the Rocky Mountain News and Estes Rockets before cards. His Garbage Pail Kids work began with card backs for ANS 7 alongside Jay Lynch and grew into inserts; activity cards and sketch cards before his first base fronts in 2016 GPK Series 2 Trashy TV. He channels Norm Saunders' loose brushwork on Wacky subjects and Pound's airbrushed look on GPK; usually painting at 8 by 10 inches or smaller. He has also co edited Wacky Packages comics; coordinated the Artists On Demand program; created the Attacky Packages and Wonky Packages spinoffs; and worked on Mars Attacks. The VeeFriends blog listed him for 2025 Topps Chrome VeeFriends and Crackwise credits him in the 2026 edition.
