Marvel Gems

The Marvel Gems set, published by Upper Deck, was released in 2016 and has 340 cards. It includes 11 insert sets and 7 parallels. Rarest parallels include Black Printing Plate 1/1, Cyan Printing Plate 1/1 and Magenta Printing Plate 1/1. 90 cards have a 1/1 version.

An upper-end 2016 release built around Marvel's female characters, with a handful of male heroes turning up among the chase cards. The cards themselves carry no printed numbers, so any numbering used to organize the set comes from the manufacturer rather than from the cardboard.
