Marvel Masterpieces 2016

The Marvel Masterpieces 2016 set, published by Upper Deck, was released in 2016 and has 116 cards. It includes 3 insert sets and 9 parallels. Rarest parallels include Black Printing Plate 1/1, Cyan Printing Plate 1/1 and Magenta Printing Plate 1/1. 100 cards have a 1/1 version.

A premium release aimed at hit hunters rather than base set builders. Every piece of art comes from Joe Jusko, and the sketch cards are homages to his work. Most cards carry a "Marvel Masterpieces 2015" marking despite the 2016 release.
